Broloth is an "alter ego" so to speak. He started off as a level 1 Warlock in the most popular MMORPG ever made, World of Warcraft. He soon flourished to level 60 and began raiding. Many Molten Cores and Blackwing Lairs later and he was in full Nemisis. Then started the ever gruesome sake of taking on Naxxramas. Several months went by and Broloth soon found himself in 8/9 Plagueheart. The ring just slightly out of his grasp. Finally, the day before the Burning Crusade release they down Kel'thuzad, but alas, no Plagueheart ring =(. So the leveling began; and it was going swimmingly. The only hiccup in his leveling was his little brother Nicholas' constant annoyance by logging in when he was logged in. It wasn't too much a problem though. Until Blizzard started noticing it. They then banned a few hours after I logged off that morning. I remember it well. I logged on in Shattrath, said "ding 68 guys! I'll be back on later to hit 69", and then I logged. Later that day. My account was banned for account information sharing. I couldn't get it back; and that was the first time I died. Later came my second Warlock, Broloth. I'll admit that the way he came to be was illegitimate. My old friend Huntsbynight was coming back to the game, and he wanted
a hunter; but he didn't want to level one all over again and have to farm for gear. Well since I already had a 70 hunter with full Brutal Gladiator Gear, I had an idea. I missed to feeling of the warlock for so long and offered him a trade. If he leveled a warlock to level 70, I would trade it to him for my level 70 hunter. So for the next month or so Hunts leveled. He was a level 70 Blood Elf Warlock before I knew it. Sadly, the Wrath of the Lich King expansion pack was on its way so there was no point in raiding. So I just quietly farmed herbs for the upcoming Inscription profession. Then one day I got disconnected (out of nowhere). This usually happens when someone tries to log onto your account when your still playing. Hunts' brother apparently stole his account info, and stole my account from me. When Hunts changed the password and account name so his brother couldn't have it, his brother called Blizzard claiming he was the real "Hunts". The account got frozen and no one has been able to play it since. That, was the second time I died. I got my hunter back before Hunts could rechange the password, and quit WoW shortly after leveling a Death Knight to 80.

Next came my MMOless life. I started trolling forums until I came across one I respected. The Escapist Magazine. I made a user account as Broloth; and began my intellectual debates. The forum is actually really good. People post valid, debatable arguments, and discussion is usually civil. Sure it has its share of hateful, putrid Halo fanboys, but what videogame forum doesn't? There are few trolls, and any that do exist don't for long. That, and the moderators are usually very fair when it comes to certain things. One time I made a "Blank vs. Blank" thread only to be told about 2 posts in that moderators don't like "versus" threads. I apologized in the thread and when the moderator came to lock it he realized I had admitted my fault and he forgave me.

Recently I decided I needed an MMO. I had been waiting for either Champions Online or DCU Online for a while and decided to burn some time playing City of Heroes. Not being able to think of a "Super Hero" name (like Somethingman) I went with
Broloth. He uses Radiation Blasts and Traps like throwing Caltrops, Web Grenades, and setting really powerful Time Bombs. He's a villain and he has a little back-story. He was not superpowered his whole life, then one day, a radioactive hero accidently sprayed him and his wife Laita, with deadly fallout. She died but his dormant mutant genes reacted with the radiation and gave him the same powers as the hero who attacked him. He vowed his life to destroy all other superpowered beings as revenge for his wife's death. He made a series of robots to help him fulfill his duty. The first was Brolbot, a robot based off of himself. The first 2 malfunctioned and he destroyed but the third is not his lackey. He made a robot based off Laita but the first one malfunctioned and became a hero. He used Laita's body and brain in the second one, virtually bringing her back to life albeit her robotic limbs and head. The three of them fight justice and crime alike in hopes to end the existence of all other superpowered beings.
And that, is Broloth.
